Refund Policy

Reel Culture is designed to be easy to try before you buy — the Free Starter Pack is genuinely free with no card required. Here's how refunds work across each product type.

Question Packs

Question packs are refundable within 7 days of purchase if they have not been played. A pack counts as played once its first game session starts — the timer runs, a question appears, and play begins. Try the free starter pack first to make sure the game fits your gathering before purchasing a paid pack.

Host Pass

The Host Pass subscription (monthly or annual) can be cancelled at any time from your account. Access to the full library continues through the end of the current paid period; no further charges are made after cancellation. There is no prorated refund for unused days on the current period.

Family Reunion Kit

The Reunion Kit is refundable in full before the 48-hour window is activated. Once you activate the kit and the 48-hour clock begins, the kit is non-refundable — the access window is live and the packs are unlocked for up to 30 players.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@reelculture.net from the address you used at checkout. Include the purchase date and the product name (pack name, Host Pass, or Reunion Kit). Refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. If a purchase fails but your card was charged, contact us — Stripe usually reverses failed charges automatically within a few days.
