Terms of Service

By using Reel Culture and purchasing question packs, you agree to the following terms. These terms cover your license to use question content, how subscriptions and one-time purchases work, and what happens to your account if you violate the service rules.

Question Pack Licenses

Question packs are digital products licensed for personal, non-commercial, non-transferable use, tied to the email address used at checkout. Your license covers private, in-person play — living rooms, cookouts, reunions, church halls, and classrooms. Commercial exhibition or resale of question content requires written permission from Reel Culture. Active purchases retain the content they were sold with even as packs are updated over time.

Host Pass Billing

The Host Pass subscription renews monthly or annually until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account — access to the full library continues through the end of the current paid period, and no further charges are made after cancellation. There is no prorated refund for unused days on the current billing period. See the Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility.

Reunion Kit Access Window

The Reunion Kit unlocks every question pack for a 48-hour window starting at the moment you activate it. The clock starts at activation, not at purchase. Keep your activation safe and activate only when you are ready to begin. The kit is non-refundable once the window is activated. See the Refund Policy for full terms on pre-activation refunds.

Accounts & Security

Accounts use managed sign-in and are linked to the email on your account and your checkout receipts. Keep your account secure. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or attempts to extract and republish the question database. For account questions, email support@reelculture.net.
